What if my high school isn’t listed on the Portal?

If your high school is not listed, please contact OUAC directly. Please follow the OUAC application direction for sending hardcopy transcripts. It is possible OUAC will indicate to have the transcript sent directly to the university.

How do I pay for my transcript request?

Payments are accepted online with Visa (including Visa Debit), MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards. If you encounter issues with the payment, try using a different browser or a private/incognito window or a different card.

What happens after I submit a transcript request?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once payment is made, followed by updates when your transcript is sent to OUAC or if there are any issues.
